ANDREY BACHVAROV - General Manager

Andrey Bachvarov serves as the manager for the Trestle Group Eastern European office in Bulgaria. Before that he held senior positions with IT companies from Western Europe and USA where he has been responsible for the successful set up of two outsourced support centres for the California-based data services provider APLUS (www.aplus.net) and subsequently worked as a business development director for the Swiss-based software consultancy SCIANT AG (www.sciant.com). He is subject matter expert in outsourcing, research, organizational and personnel development which helped him launch and successfully develop two very active businesses – BICA (www.bica-bg.com) – a consulting practice that helps foreign clients successfully develop their “local” operations in Bulgaria and Unreal Estates (www.unrealestates.eu) – highly effective real estate consultancy.

During his career Mr. Bachvarov had several highly successful consulting engagements related to business process optimization for private companies as big as SAP Labs and he also took essential part in a nationwide UNDP project related to the implementation of IT centres across the country. The success with those brought him the excellent presentation prize for the “Manager of the Year 2005” national award by the “Evrika” foundation; and he is also a member of the Association for Information Security in Bulgaria. Andrey Bachvarov received a BA degree in Business Administration from the American University in Bulgaria, MBA in Management Information Systems from the Sofia University and currently works on his dissertation in Computer Science at the Sofia University.

TOMA NEDYALKOV - Research Coordinator

One year after having graduated from the American College of Sofia, Toma Nedyalkov took a research analyst position at the Bulgarian Investment Consulting Agency. Currently, he is a research coordinator at the company and is responsible for the management of all consulting related projects; at Unreal Estates Toma is a technical coordinator and is in charge of the development of real estate related marketing materials as well as of investment models and analyses requested by clients. At present Toma studies classical singing at the National Musical Academy of Sofia; he has strong interests in the field of opera music. He is a great team player fully dedicated to his work.

Reneta Dimitrova - Research Analyst

Reneta Dimitrova started working for BICA as e Research Analyst during April 2008. She is currently enrolled in the American University in Bulgaria studying Economics and Business Administration with emphasis on Operations Management and Human Resource Management. Within her position in the company, she is responsible for conducting research and preparing consulting related projects.

Mihaela Vezenkova- Research Analyst

I am working like Research Analyst for BICA from 03/11/2008 until now. I am student at AUBG sophomore second semester. Although, I am studying Economics and Business Administration with concentration Accounting, I am really interested in the consulting. I chose to work for BICA because it gives me opportunity to develop my knowledge for the Economics and Company management. Also, I will be able to practice my skills and to go through my career improvement. I have some previous experience in USA summer programs but may be you will not be interested in them.

Teodor Stoev - Research Analyst

Since April 2008, Teodor Stoev has been a research analyst in Bulgarian Investment Consulting Agency. He is responsible for collecting and analyzing data for the projects of the company. He is also a student in the American University in Bulgaria, majoring in Business Administration. In addition, he was a member of the European Youth Parliament.

Adelina Pavlova - Research Analyst

Adelina Pavlova is in her third year of study at the American University in Bulgaria. She is majoring in Business Administration and European Studies. Adelina joined the Bulgarian Investment Consulting Agency in November this year as a research analyst. Adelina is interested in consulting, because she believes that it can provide her with a wide range of opportunities for gaining theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the sphere of business.

STYLIANA Kandjeva- Research Analyst

Stilyana Kandjeva is currently enrolled at the American University in Bulgaria. She completed a six-week internship with the United Bulgarian Bank, where she assisted the issuance of bank guarantees and updated credit loans information. She recently joined the Bulgarian Investment Consulting Agency as a research analyst. Her duties are related to performing marketing research in various business areas and preparing reports on findings.

ANTON BORISOV- Research Analyst

After finishing his secondary education in Ruse, Anton Borisov moved to Blagoevgrad, where he is currently pursuing a bachelors’ degree in both Business Administration and Economics at the American University in Bulgaria. In October 2008 he took a research analyst position at the Bulgarian Investment Consulting Agency and is dealing with the consulting related projects. Anton is graduating in 2010 and is planning career in the consulting or finance sphere.

BOYAN BARNEV- Research Analyst

Boyan Barnev graduated from Second English Language School “Thomas Jefferson” – Sofia. After successful performance on the TOEFL (283/300) and SAT (1950/2400) tests, he was admitted to the American University in Bulgaria, where he`s currently in his 3rd year of studies. He is pursuing a double major in Business Administration (Accounting and Human Resource concentrations) and Economics. He joined BICA as a part-time research analyst for one of its projects. The work includes doing various researches and doing feasibility studies for specific projects.

ELITSA STOIMENOVA- Sales & Marketing Manager

Elitsa Stoimenova serves as the Sales & Marketing Manager in Unreal Estates Ltd. and BICA Ltd. Ms Stoimenova has a bachelor’s degree in PR & Marketing from New Bulgarian University in Sofia, Bulgaria. She is fluent in English.

She has started her career in the real estate branch four years ago with a seaside Apartment Hotel sales and business development (http://www.hotel-grenada.com/ ), continued as a Broker in a foreign customer oriented real estate agency BDP Ltd (www.bd-properties.co.uk ). In the last two years Elitsa held middle management positions as a Branch Manager in Green Holding SA (www.greenholding.eu ), Brand Manager in Vitta Foods ltd.(www.vittafoods.bg ) and Franchise Supervisor in Address SA (www.address.bg).

Petar Ilievski - Marketing & Research Analyst

Prior to joining the Unreal Estates and BICA teams,Petar developed his personal and professional skills in the fields of insurance,hospitality industry,event management,and consultancy for EU projects for cultural tourism in Bulgaria.

At present he handles tasks ,regarding new target markets,marketing channels,memberships in real estate organizations and forums,and BICA and UE relationships and status in these organizations and forums.New marketing channels are Petar`s favourite task,as he has a weakness for business social networks and uses them successfully on a daily basis. Petar has graduated in the prestigious ELS “Plovdiv”,after which he obtained his bachelor`s degree in the University of Sofia ,with a major-Tourism.Currently,he studies "Management in Tourism" in the NBU,Sofia.

DIANA MITOVA - Project Controller

Diana Mitova is Project Controller at Unreal Estates Ltd. and BICA Ltd. She is responsible for the Contractor Management and Personnel Leasing services, which company provides to its clients.

Prior to her current professional activities, Diana Mitova has worked in an international trade company, where she was responsible for the administration of the correspondence with company’s suppliers and was able to improve her English language skills. Ms. Mitova has started her work experience in a logistic company, where she handles the delivery process between clients and suppliers. Diana Mitova has a bachelor’s and master’s degrees in International Business Relations from University of National and World Economy. Before that she graduated from an English Language School in Sofia.
